Include pics or video if you have them! We’ll get back to you ASAP and come have a look see. Our service rates are the best in the Hudson Valley.

Practically all commercial coffee equipment manufacturers recommend maintenance at 3 month intervals. Your gear takes a lot of wear and tear, so regular check ups keep it running soothly, catch issues in advance, and save you money on emergency repairs. We can do your PM’s as needed or get you on a service plan to save you money and brainpower.

We’ll install and calibrate all of your coffee gear! And if you need help making equipment purchasing decisions and designing the best layout, we have tons of experience with that—we’ve been building equipment packages and designing service flows for over a decade! It’s okay to ask for help, just shoot us a note about your project :)

My name is Scott, I started LOOKSEE because I love fixing things and helping people! We serve up and down the Hudson Valley, Catskills, and western MA/CT from our home base in Saugerties, NY.
The skillset I’ve developed over the last 20 years working in coffee is broad, yet highly specialized. If you own or run a business—whether it’s a cafe, restaurant, roastery, hotel, or office—chances are I can make your life easier :)
